The Humane Society of Bay County (HSBC) is renewing its commitment to relieve the problems of animal overpopulation and abuse through high-volume adoption programs, low-cost spay/neuter programs, and community education.  The Humane Society of Bay County

Paws & Claws is a volunteer, no-kill organization and has been formed to help dogs and cats that are suffering right here in your own community. Most of these helpless animals are homeless, starving, abused, or injured. We have come together to provide spay/neuter assistance, medical assistance, and adoptions for dogs and cats in need.
